That we are in the midst of a “global concern” is no longer questionable. When we analyze the crisis in each country, it is easy to see that social, economical, and political injustice are at the bottom of all of them. Yet, these wrongs are nothing new. They have been plaguing the history of humankind for thousands of years. So why is it now occurring, and why simultaneously?
Albert Einstein had once said "We cannot solve problems at the same level which we created them" - the mismatch happens when we continue to enforce old paradigms on an evolving, ever changing reality. So where does this leave us with? An opportunity to equip ourselves with knowledge and education of the conditions of this reality in which we need to individually and collectively as a whole complement?
For years scientist and researchers had been speaking of this emerging global system and of it's conditions in various arenas. By each day, more findings and studies are being publicly published and widely discussed.
" Today the network of relationships linking the human race to itself and to the rest of the biosphere is so complex that all aspects affect all others to an extraordinary degree. Someone should be studying the whole system, however crudely that has to be done, because no gluing together of partial studies of a complex nonlinear system can give a good idea of the behavior of the whole." - Murray Gell-Mann, physicist, linguist & a Nobel Prize Winner
